Cancellation and Rescheduling

We know plans change. Reasonable notice helps us re-deploy our crews and continue to offer predictable pricing to all clients.

Notice requirements

• Residential and small commercial: please provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
• Larger commercial, event and industrial: please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Late cancellation and no-access

If notice falls short of the timelines above, or our team arrives and cannot access the site, a reasonable late-cancellation or no-access charge may apply to cover crew time and dispatch costs. Any such charge will be applied fairly and reflect the specific circumstances.

Rescheduling

Within the notice window above, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your service to the next mutually convenient date at no charge.
