Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to services provided by Alkhan Cleaning (an operating name of 1001683176 Ontario Corp.). By requesting or accepting service, you agree to these terms together with any written work order we provide.
Services
Services are described in a written work order. The work order controls the scope, frequency, inclusions and pricing for the engagement. Anything not listed in the work order is out of scope unless separately agreed in writing.
Scope limits
Alkhan Cleaning does not perform hazardous-material remediation, biohazard or crime-scene cleanup, high-rise exterior window cleaning, commercial kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning, or other regulated specialty work unless separately authorized, trained and insured for that engagement. We do not make medical or guaranteed- disinfection claims.
Pricing and invoices
Pricing is confirmed in the written work order. Invoices are itemized and are generally due within 3 to 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Payment methods
Current accepted payment methods are cash, Interac e-Transfer and bank wire transfer. Credit-card acceptance is not currently active. Alkhan Cleaning intends to add remote credit-card payment in the near future, subject to approval by a payment processor and separate activation. Please do not send full card numbers, CVVs or online-banking credentials through this website or by email.
Access and site conditions
You are responsible for providing safe access and reasonable working conditions. Reasonable charges may apply if scheduled service is prevented by lack of access or site conditions that were not disclosed in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please see our Cancellation & Rescheduling policy for notice requirements.
Quality concerns
Please see our Service Quality & Re-Clean policy for how we handle concerns and re-cleans.
Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy.
Limitations
Except where prohibited by law, our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
